As a single mom, BMA has been my weekly reward to myself!! My dear friend Helen was trying for months to get me out to the beach to participate… once I did I was hooked!! I’ve never worked out with a smile on my face before… the energy and the camaraderie of the group is amazing. The instructors are tough yet encouraging and loving versus the drill sergeant approach that is the standard at boot camps around town, which has never worked for me. I work way too hard to pay someone to yell at me!

Working with Bing has truly been amazing… though it’s a group workout I always feel like it is a personal training session specifically geared towards my personal needs. I can’t wait for the workouts to resume in November!

Thanks BMA… you have helped me get within five pounds of my goal weight since having my son! I know with your continued guidance I will attain my goal and start the holidays ready for bikini season… in December! What else could a girl ask for?

SANTA MONICA PERSONAL TRAINING


Depending on your goals, physical fitness level and interests, your trainer will design a customized program perfect for you. When you decide to work with a BMA trainer, you can book an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. You can train indoors or out. Perhaps you'd like to start a running program, go hiking or train for a triathlon. It's your session and we will accommodate your goals, needs, and interests.

All one-on-one sessions are 60 minutes. A fitness test and consultation will be conducted during your first session, with results tracked every two weeks. You can work out at once of our facilities, or we can travel to your home, personal gym or office.
Cost varies depending on trainer $65-100 per hour

$25 travel fee applies in some cases

Outdoor personal training options
Cycle and Hike Santa Monica Mountains in this radical cardio, muscle-toning workout led by BMA co-founder Spase Trajkovski, competitive cyclist and trainer to pro-cyclists.


Hiking and Yoga in Temescal Canyon
combines moderate hiking trails and intervals of yoga to create an ultimate total body workout.

Workout on the beach and use BMA specialty equipment in conjunction with the resistance of the soft sand to tone muscles and burn fat in this high-intensity circuit and strength training workout.
