BMA TRAINERS

Bing Dinh
is the Head Trainer and Founder of BMA, and a man who motivates like no other. He honors his passion and absolute commitment to be in the moment and to give each client a maximal experience. In turn, that dedication inspires and demands that his clients give the same maximum effort. The challenge to reach a higher level is inherent in each of BMA’s programs.

As the founder of BMA, it is Bing’s unique vision and personality that are the driving force of the company. His life story and personal journey has given him a special perspective to connect with his clients. Bing has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1992 and has worked with a great diversity of clients, including Kansas City Chiefs retired linebacker Brian Jones. Bing currently works with many semi-pro level athletes in a variety of sports, and trains at Gold’s Gym in Venice. He also trains club soccer teams throughout Los Angeles and is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Galaxy Organization at all their camps in 2009.

Bing’s passion for sports began early. With his unique physique, he became an all-state high school wrestler and running back football player. He went on to become the Minnesota Teenage Power Lifting Champion in 1982, as well as Mr. Upper Midwest, and later won the title of Mr. Minnesota 1989. Bing has been featured as a guest poser for the Hong Kong Bodybuilding Championship and Taiwanese National Cup, and has appeared in various fitness magazines in Japan, France and Germany. Bing is also a motivational speaker and is often asked to share his life experience as an example of how purpose and determination can mean everything. In addition, he has acted in a variety of TV commercial and films.
"Visualize where you want to be health wise, and we’ll do it together. It all starts with the workout. The workout is a stepping off point where everything else begins. If you’re willing to explore and investigate and become better, then BMA is right for you." - Bing

Spase Trajkovski is a Personal Trainer and co-founder of BMA. Spase draws heavily from his training and experience as a competitive cyclist, as he rode for the Macedonian national team and achieved national classification in 1995. In 2004, he also placed in the top 15 in the Mr. Macedonia fitness competition. After more than a decade long hiatus, Spase returned to competitive cycling, placing third in the Devil’s Punchbowl road race and the Dana Point Criterion Race. He also placed second overall in the Ventura Stage race, where he won the “King of the Mountain” jersey.

Spase has designed a special program to train pro level cyclists and is currently running a beta session of the program with his cycling coach, Haldane Morris, a US Olympic Trials silver medalist, member of the US National Team, and winner of more than 30 state championships.

My belief is that you can only go as far as YOU allow yourself. Dream big, and reach high. Don't impose limits because YOU CAN ALWAYS DO BETTER, only if you believe in yourself. Fitness and health is not about the looks (big misconception!), it goes way deeper than that. It's about how it makes you feel, while everything else is a projection or a result of that feeling. I strive to be better, and BMA is the perfect outlet for that. It's my charging socket, my library, my playground." - Spase

Helen Estrada
brings extensive fitness industry experience to BMA, where she oversees the day-to-day management of operations. Prior to joining BMA, Helen spent over three years as the Director of Expansion & Workshops for The S Factor. In this position, she spearheaded the growth and expansion of the company into key markets across the United States. She traveled nationwide to perform market research, evaluate and develop potential partnerships, and oversee the execution of marketing programs. In addition, Helen developed fitness workshops in their entirety, with the goal of attracting students to new locations. This required her to coordinate every aspect, ranging from teacher selection and site location to sales and merchandising.

Helen’s previous experience includes a position as Regional Director of the Children’s Guardian Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to prevent the death of children in traffic accidents. Helen received her B.A. in Organizational Management from Antioch University, where she received the Dean’s Merit scholarship and graduated with high honors. Whether she’s lifting weights, running on the beach, or surfing, Helen works out every day. Her passion for fitness attracted her to BMA, and once immersed in the program, she discovered that their philosophy of challenging individuals to meet and surpass their fitness goals had significantly impacted her life. Helen learned how to tap into her inner power and achieve fitness goals she never thought possible, and was able to take that practice and apply it to every aspect of her daily life. She quickly decided that she wanted to play an integral role in the continued growth of this organization.
"I NO LONGER NEED PERMISSION. The BMA workout and philosophy has taught me how to stand in my power.” - Helen
