Earlier this year, I badly tore my ACL in a skiing accident, as well as the miniscus. I started working out with Bing two months later, and based on the results I was getting, my surgeon told me there was no need for me to do any physiotherapy. This saved me a ton of time, and I was amazed at how intuitively Bing was able to sense the limits of where my knee could be pushed to, with enough incremental improvement each time but never feeling significant pain.
